i’ve tried everything hundreds on times on a desktop, the app, and phone, etc and can’t connect to chat. it won’t show the option anymore, only email. please help!!
Before posting on the Forums, please check if you are not bumping an old thread that hasn't seen any activity in a while. You can do this by looking at the dates of the most recent replies.

Chat is not accessed via the Help Centre. If you have the chat option a speech bubble icon will appear on the bottom right of your dashboard screen. I believe it's only active at certain times.
You can request a call back via the Help Centre but again that is only available at certain times and only for certain types of problem.
Etsy has stopped live chat and moved to an AI chat bot however the Etsy agent I talked to couldn’t find it??? They now auto close any case that you previously mentioned may have chatted about. Neither of these help sellers.
