Cant Purchase Postage Labels

Thought i would post it here too, as not sure if i posted in the right section. UK based cant purchase any postage just fails all the time tried Logging in and out about a dozen times. Anyone know whats going on? I know at least one other is having same problem.

Just to add a bit more info - unable to purchase both domestic and international labels.

It's not Etsy, it's some issues with Royal Mail as other selling platform (eBay) won't let me purchase labels either...

Same here.  Super frustrating.  Especially when if we can't post orders that need to be dispatched today it will go against your star seller status.

You can always update despatch by date as a last resort, Dont know if this will impact your seller rating.

Same for us.  You are able to purchase direct through Royal Mail website though.  A pain as I prefer to purchase through Etsy as it comes off the balance and is less messy financially than lots of various Royal Mail payments, but is a passable workaround anyway.  Also means that unlike Etsy, I can access the Tracked services that Etsy  STILL  (after huge feedback) don't have on their label system

can't purchase labels on Etsy. domestic or international....but I just purchased 2 international labels from click and drop royalmail so it is an Etsy issue and not royalmail

I've also just purchased labels from my click and drop account and all was fine, so it looks like it's an Etsy issue rather than a Royal Mail one.

I have contacted Etsy and all they suggested is to send another way! They wasn't willing to even look into it

Yep same here, just looked at the Royal Mail Down Detector thing and it looks like problems all round the UK, hope they get it sorted soon!

Royal Mail price increases landed in UK today so may be an issue with the integration? I cant print Etsy labels either.
