Cant Get to Messages Because of Saved Replies

This is so odd. I accidentally hit "saved replies" and now I can't get it off my screen. Which means I can't get to anything in more store. I hit "done" that doesn't work. I tried makign a saved reply and saving etc. Nothing works. And I am waiting for a really important message. Anyone know how to fix this? I had to google etsy forums just to get to here. Thanks in advance

Thanks for that message, I was able to connect my buyer on my phone, no on my ipad or desktop. Crazy!

I just talked to Etsy chat, it’s a problem with many sellers and technicians are working on it. I am in the middle of a custom order and can’t answer the buyer, ugh!

@ModJose - does this fix retroactively? Will messages sent during the problem now appear to the recipients, or do we need to resend messages that may have been affected?

After I realized the issue, I informed them and requested help.
Nobody responded! Nothing changed!
For this reason, I saved more than 40 messages for one store!
I have 3 stores and so I saved 40 messages each of the 3 stores one by one!
The system removed half of them again!
I did it one more time!
And the Same issue again!
I spent more than 20 hours!
The system is removing half of them again and again!
What are you trying to do at the beginning of the high season?!
Very frustrating.
