This is so odd. I accidentally hit "saved replies" and now I can't get it off my screen. Which means I can't get to anything in more store. I hit "done" that doesn't work. I tried makign a saved reply and saving etc. Nothing works. And I am waiting for a really important message. Anyone know how to fix this? I had to google etsy forums just to get to here. Thanks in advance

I'll add the the chorus. Messages screen is frozen with saved replies unable to close. For those that need to check/write messages, the mobile app seems to be working correctly.
Are you getting new messages on the app? I don't seem to be getting any?
Etsy needs to get someone back to work and get this fixed. This is a major issue not being able to get into anything in our shops
i don't use saved replies because i value customer service. but a forced "saved replies" dialog is blocking my entire messages... even if i refresh, even if i try in another browser. even if i close the modal in inspector to force it away. hopefully it will be fixed soon. i contacted customer service and they didn't reply for about ten minutes. so i'm here typing

Cant sign in and out as its blocking the whole store. I did log into mobile but not sure its really working? Someone said they would message me back in 5 mins and that was right when messges went down
What a time to roll out another new stupid feature that does not work,
but hey that's Etsy all over.
I just finished up responding to a customer about a custom order and unable to create the custom order. Also, need to send a proof to complete an order. Seems like every year, around this time, the programmers are bored, and their well-intended improvements create more headaches and stress for sellers than help.
I give up. I am going to bed and hope this is fixed by morning. I feel sure my customer is probably not happy not being able to get ahold of me
