Cannot upload pictures from laptop -- Etsy.com forcing me to upload from mobile device

Brand new problem this morning:  I'm trying to update a listing using Etsy Shop Manager on my laptop with a photo which is stored on my laptop.  When I select the photo from my library to upload, the only option I see on the upload screen is to 'upload from mobile device.'  I've never seen this before -- I want to upload from my laptop, which I've been doing for 2 years.  What has changed?   I'm using Microsoft Edge, have been using it for 2 years.  Thank you!

All I can suggest @GemDesignsByJan is try another browser never had a problem with Chrome. If they think we are going upload from a mobile device they are nuts!!!!!!

Thank you, Anita -- I figured it out.  We can ignore the upload button shown (upload from mobile) and instead select 'open' which is off to the right.    It works (I found that tip in a thread from Microsoft.)  Problem solved.
