Cannot seem to contact etsy

Trying to contact etsy. They only charged the customer $1.57 for priority shipping. should be $8+, item doesn't qualify for free shipping. Been trying to contact etsy and it's running me in loops or to some page that say Null several times. Honestly pretty angry at this point...

Hi, I'm sorry about that; it appears to be a glitch (would be nice if there was an Announcement).  There are quite a few Threads about this low shipping glitch; here is one.

And it should be easier to contact Etsy Support, without going around in loops, getting "Null".

In this Thread, the OP is having the same issue. CindyLou suggested contacting Etsy via Help, and going thru the various prompts until you receive the choice for Email.
