Cannot search within "Favorite Items" for keywords

I haven't been able to do keyword searches within my favorites for a while and am wondering why this would be --I often keyword for gemstones before adding to my cart, instead of scrolling through the thousands of my favorited items. I've tried in Firefox and Safari with the same (non) results. I get an error message and "Shop items similar to your favorites." Anyone know what' going on?

I'm able to search.  Are you sure the shops you are looking at used the keywords you are searching with?   Are you searching from a computer or other device?

I use Edge and Chrome.  Have not been a fan of Firefox for years.  From what I have read Safari and Firefox have more problems working with Etsy.

I just tested in Chrome and it's the same --I'm using a computer and have tried on my iphone with the same issue and error message. The keywords I'm using are usually in the title and description if they aren't tags and are very basic, like "sapphire" which used to pull all of my favorited listings. Not sure what's broken...

I am also unable to search within my storefront (like a customer, not my admin tool) for any item using a keyword. I have 3 Etsy shops, only 1 is affected by this. It basically will not search my online store.

I just tested mine and can search my shop. Maybe not a connected issue --can you search your favorites?

I'm having this same issue the last week or so and was wondering if it was across Etsy or just some shops. If I type a keyword to search in my favorites, only other random items not in my favorites come up as suggestions.  I'm doing this on my PC with Firefox.

Same, although it doesn't seem to be browser based since I've tested on Chrome, Safari and Firefox. I'm on a mac and iphone. Sometimes I get an error message and sometimes I don't.

Nope, still having this issue!  Sorry you're experiencing it as well.  The last time I contacted support no one replied.

The ‘Search you favorites’ function hasn’t worked in months, across mobile and desktop. So frustrating!

Are you doing it on the app? I find a LOT of things just don't work on the app. We definitely need a new/updated version, Etsy.

No --I rarely use the app. I find it more frustrating than useful.
