Hi all, a buyer just contacted me saying she cannot check out. I requested a screenshot but she said she doesn't know how to do.
I'm a bit concerned because this bug has happened to my store 3 times this year, sometimes taking as long as 10 days for etsy to understand and fix.
Could anyone try to check-out (no need to complete the purchase) for me and if a red banner appears could you send me a screenshot. I would greatly appreciate it.

Your checkout appears to be working fine. It let me go all the way to checking out, I quit before completing the order.
It may possibly be a scam, there is a current scam going around where the scammer tells the seller that checkout isn't working, and requests their email address or sends the seller a link. Then the seller gets a FAKE Etsy email saying there is a problem and the seller needs to do X. They have even spoofed a FAKE Etsy page and get sellers to login and enter their bank account info.

If the potential buyer is asking for your email address for a "direct payment" option this is a new scam. Etsy has no direct payment option and your email address is not needed by buyers to purchase.Mark it as spam and ignore it. Do NOT give any additional information to prospective buyers, they can buy using the methods available on your shop page, they don't need anything more.
