Cannot run a Sale

Hello

I'm trying to run a new sale, when I get to the screen where I choose items I get the dreaded Uh Oh! and cannot add my listings. The problems exists when I try to add items to an existing sale too. This issue is both on laptop and sellers app.

I had the same issues...but I was able to make it work by typing in individual listings.  I am hoping to be able to go back and add more later.

I was also able to add individually. However I want to put my whole shop on sale.

Same problem. I can't select the products. It does not work in the browser on the computer or on the phone.

Just spoke to customer support and this was their answer "After checking this seems to be a technical issue so I'll be needing to escalate this to the department that can best help you. They will reach you via email so please wait for 3-days"  Unbelievable!!!

There isa way round it by adding the listings manually which is what I have just done.

If you want to put your whole shop on sale, enter a minimum of either quantity or amount.  This automatically puts your whole shop on sale and you do not have to choose listings which seems to be the problem.

fyi, I just started a sale and it worked fine. There must be a select few that are having the problem. Etsy had search issues earlier that are resolved, but there's no mention of sale issues.
