I received an ad that's sent to me directly as a message, and to prevent me from losing response % I replied. However it kept saying "could not send message. If this keeps happening, contact Etsy support".
How can I remove the adverse effect of not being able to respond to this message?

Thank you! I didn't see it on my mobile app but was able to do it on my PC.
Yeah etsy didnt add the mark as spam button to the new sellers app for some reason. It is on the shopping app though so you can mark as spam there if you prefer to use apps over a pc.
Weird, I've got three messages from unexisting accaunt. The last one I tried to reply 4 hours after the message was written, but accaunt was already deleted. Is someone faced simmilar issues? And how this activity could reflect on my shop?
If the message is something like "User Name is Invalid" usually that message means that the account has been closed (either by the user or by Etsy). Just in case, you should make sure to mark the message as SPAM (at last report you cannot do that using the app, only a browser, even your mobile browser).
I think that the person who sends the message and does not have an application. When she leaves etsy, you can't message her because she's signed out.
