Cannot log in to old account

I have two accounts on Etsy. one is my current active shop and one I used to use for purchases only.   I had been signed into the buyer account for months and months and today I purchased a product (a download).   When I went to view the download, I mistakenly signed out of my buyer account.  Well...after all this time, I no longer even remember the email address associated with the buyer account.   I usually keep track of all that stuff but I don't have it anywhere.   Am I totally out of luck? I did send email to etsy but last email I sent to etsy was never replied to so I'm not holding out much hope.

How many email addresses do you have?  I would just start trying them one at a time.  And then hope you remember the password!

I have two currently but years ago when I set up my buyer account I had a different internet provider.   I think that's the email I used but it's been so long I cannot remember. The current two I have are not it.

I would try signing in with it and see.  I have about 7  emails--some I have not used in years but  they still work for signing in to some OLD accounts! Even tho they are not "Active"--as in used.

I find that an index card is quite helpful in these cases.  Nobody is going thru my recipe box to find my passwords.

You could contact the seller and explain the situation. Perhaps they will send it to your new email. Don't be surprised if they don't believe you though. If the download was only a couple of dollars, you might want to consider repurchasing.
