ID card re upload and dont accept the accepted since yesterday,such waste of time for the same thing

Hello, I'm Katherine, an artist and small seller here. (request case #8839588 from etsy support) I requested my ID card, again, while it was accepted until yesterday, while I had had my lucid number done,etsy now want to re-upload my ID card because decided they to un-accept the docoument privided. I did re-set it and this time they didnt accepted. I am a small seller whose goverment documents are legally approved (how else could I take a lucid number!) and etsy shop, I really dont figure how they think, wants my drive lecence and my passport things that i dont have because i dont need, to match? so to accept my ID card? while i did make my payments to etsy shop with my payment card same name and all with my ID card of course which by the way, was ACCEPTED few weeks ago. Etsy support asked me residence permits but I am an original greek citizen indeed.. I travel in Europe with my ID card, all goverments accept my legall document. .and so make me think ..i dont understand why so much trouble to prove the proven and within 24h something it is quite overdrawn dont you think? why they in such trouble and why bothered with legally approved documents? wasted time over and over for this.. I want to make a listing. and 24h have past but no news so waiting. Etsy will decide first. money though were fine taking all this time before ID, what can I say..

so all your ID has to match, your name has to match exactly

so Ms Jane A Smith, will not match Ms Jane Anne Smith, or just Jane Smith - everything has to be the same

did you put your exact info into Lucid too?
