Cannot log in, Etsy keep sending password reset code to an inactive email attached to my account

Getting stressed nearly 4 days without access to my main shop She Paints Seaglass and so far no help from Etsy customer support.  The security password reset email is being sent to a non existent email address.  

Customers still buying from my shop and the backlog of orders is huge and more are coming in.  Isn't there a way to at least put a notice for customers on the shop that there are technical difficulties and put the shop on holiday settings so at least my backlog of orders can't get any worse?  I can't open another ticket as I don't want to close my existing ticket.

I really need some assistance.

Contact Etsy via email.  Tell them specifically what is happening.  Tell them the log in is going to a non-existent email.  If you have a response email, use that to explain exactly what is happening

If you can use chat, tell them the issue and that you sent an email and would like it to be fast tracked of possible.

How come the email does not work?  Did you not change the email everyplace?

Etsy can only send it to the email you provided and Etsy cannot know it is inactive.  You can reset your password on the email address in order to gain access to it.

Hi - how did you handle this issue?  How long did it take for you to hear back from Etsy?  I'm in the same boat, my password emails they state they are sending are not arriving.
