Cannot generate a return shipping label

I can't seem to generate a return shipping label. When I try I just get a generic message that reads:

Buy and print postage on Etsy

Save money by buying your shipping labels online.

We'll fill in the buyer's address for you and send them a shipping notification and tracking information.

You can print labels with a standard printer and paper.

Anybody know what's going on?

You aren't a new shop, by any means - so you know what it's supposed to do.  There were other posts about this earlier today - don't know what to tell you, sorry!
