Are you using the edit shop button on you shop front page? If so it's been wonky for a bit now. Try to get there the other way if you haven't already. Got to Shop manager then look on the left navigation menu for sales channels. You should see an orange E Etsy logo and your shop name there. Next to it should be a pencil to edit. Click the pencil and it should take you to edit shop.
