Cannot edit listings - uh oh something went wrong

Hi,

after editing in bulk (changing prices) in some of my listings I got an error message saying 'server error'. Since then I cannot edit 5 of my listings. It gives me blank page and 'uh oh something went wrong try again' on the top of the page in red. The issue came up in August 2021! I have opened 3 tickets that were closed and marked resolved with no response from Etsy. I opened ticket again in September 2021 and guess what? Not a single word from Etsy. In total 16 listings were affected however I have deleted 11 of them due to not performing well but the rest I want to keep. They are still performing although I cannot change prices, pictures, variations etc. nothing. Anyone else has this issue?

I have not had that happen but I never used a bulk editor besides the one etsy has. Maybe if you try that bulk editor again, or a different one, that would work? Or try to deactivate it first, maybe that will reset whatever problem happened. Assume you emptied cookies and tried a different browser and such.

Tried all these steps, I had plenty of time to think about various ways how to make them editable again

I've used Etsy built in bulk editor.

I tried looking through past Forum Threads for you.  Saw one from July.

Are you by chance using the App?  I've never used it, but have heard it can be glitchy.  (If you are, you may wish to try a browser).  
I hope something will help you.  I never use Bulk Edit because although I have a good quantity of items when my Shop is open, I don't have a lot of listings.  But Sellers like yourself need to be able to Bulk Edit.

Yes, I tried many different devices and 5 different browsers on each I am hopping someone from Etsy tech team will see the thread and get this fixed finally. When I get a message 'server error' I realise there is nothing user can do, it is only Etsy that can fix this.
