Cannot download monthly statement

We're having trouble downloading monthly CSV statements for 2022. With both Safari and Chrome we're getting the following error. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

still can't see statements...every single category shows zero!..yet I have been presented with a monthly fee...to pay for December....and what's more I am not selling anything! which is very strange..as I have been with Etsy for years!

Cant seem to find any figures in any of my statements...I haven't sold anything it seems for 3 months yet my fee for this month doesn't reflect this

wasn't sure where to post this problem ...or to ask for help... am hoping someone will see this and give me some advice..there is no chat box right now ...to ask for help there....odd!!....what is happening here on Etsy?
