Cannot connect to the Help center so cannot contact Etsy help

I cannot connect to the Help center. I'm logged into my shop but when I click on Contact us, I get to the Help section and it's showing me the "Sign in" button. Nothing happens when I click on it except reloading the same exact page so I cannot get access to Etsy's contact center. This has been the case for months now but I hadn't needed to contact support in a while so I hadn't checked to see whether it had been resolved.

The help center link in the dashboard actually launches zendesk - you could try going there directly, to etsy.zendesk.com, or https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/requests?segment=selling.

Or try clearing cookies, or signing out & back in to your account, that might also fix the broken link.

Tried that a million times. It's a known issue, has been for months but nobody seems to want to do anything about it.

Honestly, it wouldn't surprise me if Etsy's Help service to shop owners blew a fuse. I'd guess they're inundated with help tickets about the current banking issues.

It's only the login into zendesk which doesn't work and only in one of my shops, not the other.
