Cannot connect to Stamps.com - still an issue!

Stamps.com says this is resolved, but I cannot connect to my shop. With all the issues over the past month, I disconnected my Etsy shop in Stamps.com to try to reconnect it. The option to connect to Etsy was temporarily disabled by Stamps.com. Now that their order import has been resolved and the connection re-enabled, I cannot connect my store. I get the same error each time: We were unable to connect your store. Please try again later.

 

After an hour on the phone with Stamps.com support, it seems the issue is related to Etsy not disconnecting the old connection. If I go into my Etsy Shop Manager / Integrations / Manage, I can still see the Stamps.com integration listed. If I disconnect it, Etsy asks and confirms the disconnection. The integration disappears from the page. But if I navigate to another page and back to the integrations page, it re-appears. 

 

It seems this is Etsy related.

Now Stamps.com isn't even getting to a login prompt for Etsy.

Maybe it's Stamps.com.

Either way, this is looking like the end for Stamps.com. Shame because I like the interface better than others I've tried.

Use Pirateship. Its better and its free. You can synch it to both Etsy and Ebay and probably other sites.

I'm not a fan of the PirateShip interface. I've been trying to get used to it, but it's just not as refined as Stamps.com. 

It all just feels too cumbersome. Stamps.com is easy (when it's working).

Going to keep looking at other options.

Had to get to "Tier 2" support at Stamps.com, but they fixed it.

They manually reconnected my shop.

Just frustrating after a month of not being able to use their service.
