Cannot connect to Etsy due to reCAPTCHA security repeating itself endlessly

Dear friends,

I have a lot of troubles connecting to Etsy because of this security measure reCAPTCHA. Now I connected with another computer, but cannot work on orders from this other computer.... reCAPTCHA just repeats endlessly and I still cannot connect!

Any clues?

Signing in through the forum actually worked, (this is a different shop). It seemed to re-boot something, because I was able to sign into my other shops without any captcha!

What I have done is if I’m going to be working in my shop for the day or weekend I remain logged in. Only sign out if I’m not working in my shop for a few days. Anymore, I use Chrome which gives me the least problems.  Doing away with reCapctha lI am for. Doing two factor or a authentication app would be better. Some of my other sites use an app called Authenticator.

I had this issue sometime back and was told it was a problem  caused by Chrome.  I am using Edge on my desktop, Windows 11 and deleted Chrome.  So far, so good.

trying to set up Etsy on phone and after signing in all i get is endless capatcha pictures of traffic lights etc , someone is having a sick laugh
