Cannot View Forums....

I cannot see anything on the forum and I NEED information. I'm logging. I've logged out and back into the forums specifically and I cannot see anything.

I need to remove discounts from my shop. Nothing is shown to do so or even edit what is active, which is a terrible lack of foresight on the part of development....

I see no discounts in your shop. I even added an item to my cart and you have no active coupon code for me to add.

Your shop doesn't appear to have any sales or discounts at this time.  Was someone given a discount?

I see not discounts in your shop.  Are you talking about the coupons set up for cart or favorites?  Go into Marketing then Sales.  Click on the coupon offered.  Box opens up.  You can end the coupon.

As to the forums, you may need to clean out cache for a new cookie.  IF that does not work, you may need to contact Etsy.

thank you and abandoned cart promo codes.

you cannot go back in and edit or delete anything.

you can stop sending the promo codes but the promo codes that were sent...

expire:

abandoned cart : 60 days after it was sent.

thank you: 1 year after it was sent.

so the promo codes stay *active* until they expire.
