Cannot REARRANGE - button disappeared?

My "Reaarange" button seems to have disappeared in my "edit shop" mode. I've tried in both Chrome and Safari. 

Other shop owners have told me it is working for them. Why not me?

@BettyBooBoos If you go into Edit mode via the pencil icon (to the right of the big orange E, for Etsy) under Sales Channels on your Dashboard, the Rearrange button should show. It didn't work for me in Edit mode from the home page this morning either, but it did going into edit mode the other way.

double check you've got rearrange enabled under settings - options.
