If your settings for profiles are stuck and you can't edit them or make a new profile, and you can't see on the listing form anywhere for the weight and dimensions for calculated shipping, your shop location may be blank in Etsy's system. I stress the fact that it is in their system.
I had this same problem after the new listing form came out. I happened to read someone else's post that helped me. If you are a star seller you can try chat, if not you need to go to this help page:

and at the bottom, click this didn't help to start a ticket. If you get an answer that sounds canned, keep selecting I need more help until you actually get a real person. It might take a while but you need to actually talk to someone to get them to look at your location in their system.
