I've been trying to download my December 2022 Monthly Statement and I get this:
@TheGinghamLife: A quick search of this forum would show you that this has been an ongoing issue for months and seems to clear up by itself. I do not believe that there has been any response from Etsy.
Have you tried another browser?
I just downloaded the csv with no issue, using Windows 10 & Chrome.
I have tried Chrome and Windows 11, and I tried Microsoft's browser too. I've tried 4 times. I'll contact someone on Tuesday if I haven't resolved it.
