Cannot Bulk-Edit Listings

I cannot bulk-edit my listings or renew expired or deactivated listings.

I had the same problem using a laptop but I was able to deactivate it on the app. Not sure if that helps.

I have three shops... Currently working on new listings in draft mode. I'm unable to publish Draft listings or Renew expired listings. I also can't remove the "feature star" in draft mode. I get error message "uh oh Something went wrong, please try again" I refresh page and the lit up star returns and I am not able to push forward with publishing. And whilst I am on Technical Issues... I am also unable to edit Variations on new form. The edits will not save - either in an existing listing or for a new listing. I'm on a Mac using Firefox or Brave Browser (depending on shop).

PS: I was able to copy the draft listings that have the feature star on & save those under draft... however I can't delete the ones that remain under Draft with the feature star on. In other words, not able to delete draft listings.

I have several items saved in the Draft Folder and I just published two of them without any issues.

I found a work around and got my four new listings to publish... hopefully Etsy will fix the bugs asap.

I've had trouble renewing sold items with the new form.   When I went back to the old form, the listing renewed without a problem.

I'm really losing hope that they're ever going to be able to get the new listing form to work.

The old form works... but for some reason Etsy's attempt to redesign and improve is a big fail. hope they fix it before making the new form mandatory.

Why can’t they JUST!! pleeeeease leave things alone, everyday there is something I can’t open..yesterday I couldn’t re-new my listing and today it won’t open at! all as well as my new very! messy ‘favourites’ only partially opening showing and non individually when clicked on open…

I hear ya.

But... for the sake of your shop moving forward, I would complete your shopfront by adding EU / UK compliant shop polices, your shop location beneath your shop name, a proper shop tag that says what you sell (not a repeat of your shop name) an Announcement as well as an About section and a profile... all spaces to add relevant keywords that are crawled by search engines.

AND  etsy likes a complete shop, incomplete shops are downgraded in search.

I tried renewing a listing a few times today. New listing form and just got errors. So the items just got renewed on ebay instead. I really with they would fix the system. I like selling here more than other places. Probably the best customer base on all of the internet for the most part.

I'm also very tired and eventually Etsy is going to end up like my space if they don't help small stores

I tried to renew a de-activated (self - not Etsy) listing yesterday with updates and it was so frustrating just trying to find the things you wanted to change on the listing.

I predict big problems ahead with this new listing page.  It just doesn't flow or work like the old one did.

I could have made those changes in a couple of seconds on the old listing form - as it turned out, it took a lot longer and added a whole bunch of frustration to what should have been an easy thing to do with no frustration.
