I cannot bulk-edit my listings or renew expired or deactivated listings.
Yep lots of issues today affecting many sellers. Maybe Etsy is working on some bug fixes for the June 25 rollout.
This is the error message that comes after I try to publish the listing after editing: "Hm, we’re having trouble saving your changes. Try again, and if this keeps happening contact Etsy Support." Anyone else has the same issue? It's been happening for about a week now when I tried to edit a few of my listings.
Yes, I have had that happen. I just ditched the new listing form and used the old one and it worked fine.
Same thing making me crazy today. Turned out I had to update shipping from “other”
Think Etsy message would have given a hint ?
@Viewlake: "Anyone else has the same issue?" This forum is full of recent threads and posts about issues publishing, editing, and / or renewing listings - plus many other glitches. Depending on exactly what you are trying to do, one of them may have a workaround that you can use. It also helps to know if you are using an Etsy app (on which operating system) or a mobile browser or desktop browser (which browser and operating system) should you need more assistance. And if via a browser, are you using the "old" or "new" listing form?
Here's a new glitch (like there weren't enough already)! I just tried to change my featured items. Every time I clicked to get the little yellow star, I got a red bar saying Please try again. Of course, Please try again does nothing!
I've seen loads of posts over the past half year at least, maybe longer, all of them talking about the problems with Featured Listings.
It's convinced me to not use that feature at all anymore.
Just another broken thing.
@leinweberstudio This is the first time I've had a problem. I usually change them every couple of weeks. It's sure a problem NOW though! You would think they would fix the problems rather than continue to ruin what already works well.
I got the same thing about the same time. I posted in the Technical Issues forum since it seems to be a glitch.
And the really crazy thing is that I just changed mine minutes ago, and they immediately changed....unlike the hours and hours it has been taking!!
Well I guess mine is going to take hours...if it takes. I removed a star from a listing and starred a different one but the one I removed the star from is still showing in the featured listings and not the new one.
One thing I have always liked about Etsy is that your changes normally show up quickly. That was something they had one up on Amazon because when you create a new listing or make changes to an existing listing on Amazon, it can take 24-48 hours for the listing to update.
UPDATE: It took 10 minutes but my featured listings updated. So it looks as if the glitch is not effecting me.
I go back and forth on using featured items or not. I hadn't been using them for several months but was wanting to feature some Americana items ... but then this!
Just now I was able to select them (without the error message) and organize them (yay!). Now I'll see how long it takes for them to appear at the top of my shop!
@PrairiePrimitives I just tried again and didn't get a red bar. Let's see how long it takes for the changes to take place.
@JustMeToo - It was 15 minutes or less, that's all I'm sure of. Got caught up chatting with a friend.

@PrairiePrimitives Changing the queue isn't working though. I changed it three times and it's still the same, unless that takes it's time as well! Rearrange listings is frozen again as well. I've been here 17 years and I've never seen the site so messed up.
@JustMeToo UGH! I'm sure every change will take as long to appear in the shop.
It's 17+ years for me too (18 in mid-August). And yes, I think this is the most messed-up the site has been.
Etsy, you're almost 19 years old. It's time to grow up and get your act together!

Rearrange FINALLY kicked in. It always freezes after I've moved three or four things. This problem has been ongoing for over a year. I guess they are too busy annoying buyers for reviews to have time to fix the real problems.
Old form goes away on 25th June though. Still having this problem myself. Renewing on the mobile app works as does the old form.
Self explanatory. That unhelpful Red Banner is everywhere today.
Same here, I can't dactivate or delete listings this afternoon. This feature was working this morning but not now. Typically if I want to remove an old listing, I will deactivate it, create a new listing by copying the deactivated listing and then delete the deactivated listing once I have confirmed the new listing is active. I tried deactivating a listing so I could make a new copy of it but I got the "Uh oh! Something went wrong - please try again." red banner error message. So I just made a copy of it (which worked) and then attempted to delete the old listing but got the same red banner error message. Now I have 2 copies of the same listing up and I can't delete or deactivate the old listing.
