Cannot Add Listing and More

Hello, I am trying to get a new shop up and running. I have all the payment info in place, and other basic info filled in. However, in the shop manager, the add listing page is not working-or none of the buttons do anything. The "add listing" button takes me to the "Uh oh! A stitch has gone awry!" page instead. I have contacted support and several times followed the directions of signing out, clearing my browsing history, resetting my router etc, to no avail. The issue is present on other computers and my phone. Etsy is not being responsive-asking for screen shots and then not responding with any new information or a call. Is there anything you can think of I can try, or an alternate way of contacting/escalating my case so they fix my problem? Thanks so much!!

If it is affecting all your devices, chances are this is an ISP issue.  So check with your ISP is one possibility.

Computer?  Up to date browser?  Windows 10 or 11?  Up to date.  Using Safari, there have been complaints with compatability with that browser.

Security?  Is your anti-virus interfering?  Any extensions such as pop ad blocker?

Just some things I can think of besides ones you have already done.

@PrayerPoems  are you using the new listing form - you should see at the top to use the "old" listing format - give that a try.

If you are using the mobile Seller app (also relatively new) - try using the browser / desktop site for mobile.

The OP has no listings, and never returned to this thread.  Come back to let us know if this worked for you!

Thank you, but I only see a black button in the upper right hand corner that states, “+ Add Listing”. Is that old or new method? I didn’t know there were options. I believe that is my only option.

Hi there, did you ever figure this out? Went to post my first listing and the black button to "add listing" takes me to a page that says "a stich has gone awry. Try again later". Haven't been able to find a way around it. Thanks!
