Cancellation Fee?

Having just cancelled an order, I just noticed the 6.5% transaction fee not being refunded back to my account balance. Is this a new Etsy fee for cancelling or is this something I should've just opened an Etsy help ticket for? I looked through the seller handbook and couldn't locate anything there about any changes. Any veteran sellers / savvy Etsy sellers know if this is a legit tech glitch or a new fee?

you will get it back. Etsy has a weird way of dealing with refunds but at the end it always balances out

Oh okay, great thanks @Arcalliq ! I just saw what you meant by it being weird having just now checked my account balance again. Yes, very weird, but thankfully you were right! I have been refunded. Thanks again!
