This is the second time I canceled an order and it still shows as not shipped.
@JewelryBygones when you cancel an order, it should immediately move to the completed section of your Orders page. Are you sure you didn't just refund? Sounds like a glitch if you actually cancelled.

There IS a glitch though ... I have over 12 listings, some as far as several years, which still appear in spite of cancelling.
