Canceled order awaiting shipment

I  recently  canceled  an order  and issued  a refund  because  the customer  ordered  the wrong item.  Why is Etsy  still  expecting  me to ship  the item l already  refunded? Now it's  showing  over due  to be shipped by one day.  Please advise

Refunding alone doesn't cancel the sale.   You have to now cancel the order.

you also can't cancel on the app, you have to do it on a browser

@Former_Member: You need to CANCEL the order as well as refund it and it will move to Completed. Do this as quickly as you can so the order is not considered as shipped late.
