Can you still chat with Etsy support?

Hello.

I cannot chat with Etsy support since yesterday.

I could chat with them 2 days ago.

But now nobody comes up when I tried to chat with them.

I see this sentence.

"Thanks for contacting Etsy Support. Please click the button below to chat with an agent."

But there is no button...

And there is no email option.

Also phone is not available in my country.

I have several issues with Etsy right now and I need to solve these problem soon.

Can you chat with Etsy now?

Is it just me?

I see the chat window on my dashboard, but that's about it.  Without a reason to initiate a chat, there's no way for anyone to tell if a "click the button below" prompt pops up, or if there is no button to click.
