I want to have a sale in my ETSY store, but I just want to do one or two sections, not my entire store. Can that be done?
Thanks for your time,
Mary
Yes, if you go to your marketing and set up a sale, you can choose what listings you want to be included by section or even just listing. You could literally put a single item on sale if you want. Just follow the indications when you go under marketing > sales and discounts > run a sale. It will walk you through setting up the sale exactly how you want it. Let me know if you want more help.
ETA: you must set the type of sale (percent off, dollar discount, whatever) and dates first, then click continue. From there it will let you choose by whole shop, sections, or even look up individual items.
Only if you don't have a minimum qty or order total.

That is fantastic. Thank you so much for taking the time to reply.
Much appreciated,

Can i do it for just one section?
@SoCalLux: "Can i do it for just one section?" Yes. but 'Order minimum' must be 'none'. You can then select the section(s) on the next screen. However there have been reports of issues with seeing all a shop's sections in the dropdown.
Hello , do you know if this is still possible? I have tried this but it doesn't give me an option to select one listing. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
