Can’t verify info

I have just sold my first item. Which should be cause for celebration. However now Etsy has suspended my account until I upload verification documents. And it won’t let me do it. I have tried multiple ways on multiple devices and it won’t let me click submit. At the same time I also can’t find a way of contacting support. When I go to contact support it just sends me to a list of articles. . And now I’ve spent about three hours trying to do this for a $3 Sal’s.

Make sure you upload the documents in PDF and try different browsers if one does not work.

If all that fails, you have to reply to the same email which sent you a copy paste reply with articles with "Still need Help" keep replying to the same email like that, until a real person reads it, eventually you will get a reply.
