My account was just suspended because I got the $500 mark. I checked my tax payer ID information a few days ago and my information was on my account. Now that I hit the $500 my tax payer ID information disappeared and when you try to go back in an readd the tax information it says there is an error. The support chat is no help. They said they are not sure when the issue will be fixed. I just don't understand why the information disappeared when I hit the $500. It was on there a few days ago
We’re with you. We just recently reopened and our shop was suspended a few days ago when we made our last sale that apparently met the $500 (IRS threshold reporting requirement). Our tax info is correct and complete. It’s very unsettling to say the least.
There is a phone number I called, but I'm not able to post it here for some reason.
How did they restore your account? They told me it was a software issue and they couldn't update the information on their end. I talked to several departments, last being the financial one. Any help appreciated! Glad you got reopened! I am on day 16, so frustrating!

I am having this same issue! I had to add my social security number since I reached max sales and my account has been frozen for 16 days! There is an apparent software issue where even though my name and number are correct, the system can't update it. I have spoken to probably six people and many emails. They tell me it is an engineering issue and they are waiting to have it fixed, but they have no time frame estimate. It is super frustrating for sure!

Sorry. I am having same issue. I am on day 16 frozen. I have talked and emailed many times and they same my information is correct and verified, but it is a software glitch they are working on and they have no idea how long it will take to fix. Very frustrating. Good luck to you!

I am still waiting on the same issue to be resolved. Going on week 7. Absolutely absurd.
I am sorry you are going through it as well! I really hope they get it fixed soon. It seems they add shops to a list. I am wondering if they have to fix each one manually and that is why it is taking so long. Hopefully we aren't too far away. I think they since this their technical error, and they can see our info is correct, they should be able to unfreeze. Frustrating for sure. Crossing my fingers. Keep me updated if you get unfrozen!

Just got off the phone with them, they were no help and just said keep trying. Eventually I figured out a loophole(maybe, just did it so waiting until they verify it to make sure), but my first and last name were under my first name. I submitted a legal name change and added my taxpayer id then uploaded the documents they needed for that. I also had to put a space after my first name in order for it to let me submit it. At least I was able to submit. It says it takes an hour for them to review, so fingers crossed that it works.
I too, was finally able to do a legal name change and add my middle initial. The woman said it would take an hour to verify and if that didn't work to call back. I called back after 2 days and the lady I last spoke to said it should be fixed in 2 to 3 days. Not fixed after 4 more days. Going to call again today. It has been over 5 weeks trying to get taxpayer ID updatedAt least now I have the yellow banner saying check back in one hour Now over a week with yellow banner. Before it said ss and name didn't match in red so maybe making some progress. She said my information had been verified and passed 5 days ago
