How do I change the date of arrival and message that goes to the customer when I print Etsy postage?

The subject is in the title.  Right now, every time I print Etsy postage for shipping, the customer gets a notice that the package should arrive on 7/31 no matter what time of year it is.  How do I change this and the greeting?  Thanks so much!

You can only change this once.

Go to the actual order.  On the very right you will see three dots below the update progress/shipping/message icons etc.  Click that and you will see 'Update Ship By Date'.  Follow that promt!

Wait - is that the message you entered?  You can edit the message and save as new default - make it more generic.  Do it on computer / desktop the next label you print.

If it's an Etsy message, then I don't know how that is happening - you'd probably need to reach Support.

If you are talking about the message on the label making page, do this

click the mail truck

click clear default

click add a note 

write your note

click save 

click set as default

I saved the word Hi and then type a new personalized message to my customer.
