Can't publish any photo changes - as in just moving photos around to make a different one primary, or to upload a new photo - will not publish changes at all. Sometimes it will happen with just wanting to edit text in either title or description. Have tried everything. Get the error "Hm, we’re having trouble saving your changes. Try again, and if this keeps happening contact Etsy Support." Support said they would "send me an email in a couple of days, upgrading to priority" yah..... Tried everything - cookies (I know better) different computers different browsers, images are correct size and format (which wouldn't explain simply moving a photo to "primary". Any advice on what to try next would be appreciated. VERY VERY FRUSTRATED.... Doing work on a PC.
