Can't update my listings

Is anyone having trouble with updating their listings? I update them all ready to do and press the publish button and it keep popping up with the red bar saying there was something wrong and to contact etsy support if it continues. However it's impossible to actually contact support as whenever I click on the contact support button *already in the help center page* it just refreshes me back to the same help center page not to fill out a form or anything useful. Please help!

I get the red bar in Listings when I haven't filled in "Returns and Exchanges". It's all the way to the bottom and you might not notice unless you scroll far enough down.

I tried to update a listing today and the red bar said I needed to download the digital- it is not a digital listing- what gives?

This may sound silly but have you tried just clicking the publish button again?

I have been getting the red bar message up top every time I add a new listing, edit or renew a listing for a few years now. Etsy support has zero idea why its happening but clicking publish again works. Maybe try that if you haven't already.

Also, try on another browser if you haven't already.

You could also try to switch to the old version and see if it is possible to publish it with that one. There are some known bugs for several sellers that changes on listings are not published although it said so. What you are describing is new to me. Etsy has lots of bugs to fix, but it seems they prefer to create more tools and to play around with beta versions instead of fixing essential problems. 
I can't upload photos within the new sellers app for example and I am waiting already since months for a solution. I have the feeling this will never happen...
