Can't update my inventory quantity. Receiving error code on the website and app.

I don't see another community discussion about this (sorry if I'm missing it), but I just wondered if anyone else is experiencing this issue. I can't update my inventory quantity (trying to restock a previously sold out color variation) either on the website or through the app. Tried all the usual tricks. Reached out to Etsy help and they said their engineering team is looking into this issue, but since I didn't see any other posts, I'm not sure how widespread it is??

Ah, should have been more clear. I just edited my original post a little for clarity. I can't update my inventory quantity. Trying to restock a previously sold out color, but keep getting an error message.

You mention a certain color; perhaps within your selection of item options?

If so, perhaps you have your main posting listing as 1, instead of listing your item #'s within the option section below that.

Not sure that makes sense or is even relevant, but it's worth a try to attempt to customize your options #'s and/or go back and forth between the main section and the one below to see if you can jiggle the problem loose to correct it.

I am having a similar problem with the app on my phone.  I keep getting the message that there was a problem loading orders, loading marketing, loading messages etc.  I keep getting a TRY AGAIN button but it does not work.  This has persisted for over six hours with no relief in sight.

I think Etsy has made some changes where you cannot edit and relist sold listings any longer. You will need to copy then edit. But personally I don't see adding quantity as an edit. Variations may be different? Did you change anything else?

I think they are trying to cut off people bundling old listing data.

OMG... I hope this isn't the case!!! Ahhhhh!! This is my best selling listing... Sometimes I sell out of some of my colors temporarily, but then I get a restock. So I'm just trying to restock one of my variations, not the whole listing. I'm hoping this is just a tech glitch!!

Relist the sold out listing then edit the quantity using a browser.
