Can’t update banner

Hi! When I go to edit my banner, there isn’t a camera icon. It only says change layout. If I click on that, it still doesn’t give me the option to upload an image. Any suggestions?

@DoveandOliveBranch  Hi, I don't have a Banner, and have no clue how to create one, but are you using a browser (instead of the App). In the meantime, I'm going to look for something. Be right back.

Changing browsers worked Thank you for your suggestions.

Click the trash can icon on the top right hand side of the banner, to delete the current banner.

Then the camera icon appears with "add an image" in the center of the box for you to select your new banner.

I tried that but unfortunately I don’t get the camera icon. I use google and that about trying a different browser.

Slightly off topic, but here's something to ponder about banners:  When the option to create the huge banner at the top of the shop first came about, I created one and added it to my shop.  I immediately saw that potential customers didn't see anything on the screen to buy with that huge banner.  I removed it and now just make sure my featured items are current and placed where I want them.  Featured items are the first thing people see when they come into the shop and they are able to be purchased, unlike anything on a huge banner.
