Can't switch accounts

When I set up my second Etsy shop I used the same log in details by mistake & now I can't sign into my first shop.I have tried changing the login details but it's sending me to the last shop. How do I go about changing/setting up a new log in so that I can edit & upload to my first shop on my laptop.I want to be able to switch accounts like I do on the app on my phone.I will appreciate any help, thank you Fluffy.

You can't create a new shop using the same log in details as an existing shop - it won't let you.

You can use the same password but the email address or username must be different.

What is the name of your other shop?

Have you completely logged out of one shop before trying to log in to the other?

On a desktop you would be better using two separate browsers for two accounts. Etsy leave cookies on your computer and trying to use the same browser for two accounts will confuse things.

You have to use two browsers. Open another browser and you should be able to open the first store.

"If you choose to run multiple shops on Etsy, you must list all the shops you run in the Public Profile section of each account. "

This is an Etsy rule, and I don't see that in your shop's public profile. Make sure you add this to both shops.
