I am a seller who has been selling for a year. Somehow my password no longer works. I’ve clicked links to reset it but never get the link. (Yes I checked spam). Etsy online support is a joke. I get automated canned responses that don’t solve issue. I’ve got orders piling up that I can’t ship because I can’t get into Etsy. No phone support. I and my customers are totally screwed if I can’t get signed in. Does anyone know if where to go for help? I guess I just close my checking acct snd never sell on Etsy again. After a year of 5 star reviews, my customers won’t get their orders.
