Can’t send message to buyers

I can’t send message to buyers and keep on getting the same error no matter if I use the Etsy app or my computer or any other device is like my message options are suspended. I haven’t spam or anything like that. I keep on getting this error

If this keeps happening, contact Etsy Support.

I have contact Etsy support on many occasions about this issue from the beginning of the month and I haven’t got an answer. Can any one help me plz.

Etsy is trying to prevent scams by removing messaging capabilities, while still allowing purchases.

Sounds like a recipe for scamming customers and tarnishing Etsy's image

If you were sending unsolicited messages, to people who have favorited items, Etsy has set up ways to send discounts to potential buyers in these cases.
