Can't see orders and cart issue

I have had some orders not showing all day today.  So even though it has the number of orders/purchase totals (purchased different times today), it doesn't show in my account at all.  

I also was trying to purchase some items today.  It would not let me save items in my cart and would give me a red error banner.  It would let me delete though.

Unless the sales show in your finance page.. then do not send out the items.. there could be something glitchy with the site ( probably) or something wrong with the customers credit card.

I don't even have customer order information.  It's just weird that this happened on more than 1 order.

I’m having the same issue with the cart not accepting items.  Any solutions?
