Can't resolve the low photo quality on Etsy Plus featured sections

Hi everyone, I wonder if someone has the same issue as me.  When I upload photos for featured sections, the quality on lower three sections (two uppper sections are fine) is very bad, but when I feature the listing the photos are fine.

I contacted customer service they said they don't see any issues and rudely disconnected. I'm so disappointed, because I don't know how to solve this problem.

@LunasFancyShop: This sounds like either an issue with how the photos were downloaded and cached by the browser (have you tried a <CTRL><F5> to force a cache update for that page?) or something that Etsy did when optimizing the images. In either case, there really is nothing you can do.
