Can't renew quantity of more than one

Is this happening to anyone else: an item sells out and when I try to renew w/ a larger quantity than one, it won't let me.  It only allows a quantity of one.

I use the app when renewing but first change the quantity - no problems.

@MaidenLaneBoutique  Are you experiencing this problem using an Etsy app or via browser (it makes a difference as to possible causes and potential solutions, otherwise we have to guess)?

When I renew through Listings - sold out - I see a box with one that I can change.  If that's not working for you, then click to open the listing (edit mode) - change the quantity and publish/renew.

What are you unable to do that you were able to do before - from the Orders and Shipping page?
