Can't receive support

Hello! Etsy deleted again some of my listing telling me they are not handmade. I've send photos and videos as proof but the answer is only the same page with the regulation. I can't talk to anyone, the don't ask me anything. The problem is that i live thanks this shop, i've always made everything myself and now i have 10 listing disabled. No one answer the chat or the email. I really don't know what to do anymore

Yes i need to do that. But right now i'm thinking about closing my shop. I can't talk to the support and i can't give them the proof that my shawl pin are handmade. I'm really really down right now. Thank you for the tip

I took a look at your shop. Very attractive items.

Your photos might have been stolen and are being used by other sites. Do an image search on the items that were deactivated by Etsy and if you find you're the victim of image theft go after the thieves with take down notices.

I've done it, i've found them on etsy, amazon, aliexpress and wish.. a lot of them have my shop name on it. Sone of them took it down other not. The problem is that etsy deleted my listing and they don't even ask me the proof that they were handmade.. they took down 7 listing

You're selling a Chinese statue from 1958 as Handmade (handmade means handmade by you).  Surely it should be listed in the Vintage category.  I doubt you made it yourself in 1958.  Have any of the items removed been listed as Handmade when they should have been listed as vintage (over 20 years old)?

Oh! Ive forgot about that one! I've put it on sale like 7 years ago. I'll remove it now. No that took down my shawl pin. A lot of them where even custom order that I've put on sale so i have the drawing and all the photos of the processing

No no thank you. I don't think that the problem can be solved if i can't send proof. To many site stole my photos, if etsy use an AI  to compare them they will find so many on chinese website

If your photos are stolen and on those sites, the takedown bot did it. They use image recognition and if they see the same photo on other sites, it's flagged as possibly not handmade, but from a wholesale site.

One solution is to take new photos. And you need to keep filing the takedowns. The forums have lots of threads about others in the same situation, so you are not alone.

Yes the photo were stolen, i've took other pictures but i'm a little scared, they took down 7 listing today e 2 before Christmas, i can't make a listing with the word cat anymore. They can take down my shop and i live on that. I want to give them the proof that everything is handmade but the only answer i receive is from a bot.

I'm sorry you're going through this, and not receiving help from an "actual" person. 

Just a quick couple of suggestions (I don't want these things to hurt you).  In your Shop Title, you mention paintings and vintage items. But I don't see vintage items; and there is no mention about your wooden pins, which are lovely.

The second thing is about some of your Title phrases. You use a comma to break up phrases (which is good). But you have no space after that comma. That can confuse search engines, it sees it as one word all jumbled up.

I really hope this will be helpful in the meantime. And that Support will help you with those listings.

You are absolutely correct, i need to change the old title, i've opened another shop for the vintage objects but i've forgot to change the description. For the title of the listing i never thought about it! Thank you i'll change them

Oh! Thank you! If i can't resolve this issue i'll try to open a website and sell there, i'm loosing a lot of money and i can't run against all chinese website that stole my photos. They are like mushrooms one down 2 up..

@ColkikoArt sorry this is happening to you. Make a quick video showing you making these items. Upload the video to Google drive or Dropbox and send Etsy the link to the video with an explanation what has been happening to you. Keep replying to the same email "I still need help" followed by your original message and link to the video showing you are making these items.

In addition do the same on their X feed @Etsy

Your items are beautiful.  I truly love them.  I think their system is flawed.  Probably someone reported those items and they didn't do due diligence to see what is the issue.  I think they should have to tell you why they were deleted.  Makes no sense.  However... they allow name-brand copywriting items all over the place.  Shops even list the names in their titles and photos.  It took me 1 minute to find pages of shops that sell alot of copywrite items, and don't get started on the shops listed items as Handmade, shipping from China

Thank you@@ yes i thought they'll send me an email asking for proof before deciding to delete them. I've found my photos everywhere, even on etsy. It's nealy impossible to stop them
