Can't read seller's notes

When I purchase an item from a seller & they leave me a Note. I haven't been able to read any of them for the past several months. Can this be fixed? Also on my Activity page. I get Views & Visits, but I don't get any one interested in what they are looking at which I find strange.

Not sure what Seller notes you mean, but the transaction email has the note to Buyer at the bottom, and if you view your purchases - click to view the full receipt, it's also at the bottom.

The other separate issue of not getting sales as a Seller  - you may want to post in the Critiques section and ask for opinions.

Also I'm curious if the note is the automatic message etsy sends that a seller has set up to send out when a purchase is made?

If so that should be in an email maybe.

are you talking about the note at the bottom of the purchase receipt page?

On mine you can just click on it and see it if there is one there?

Maybe if you can't see it they didn't actually leave a note

That's the one that I am talking about. If there is a note from the seller it states that there is one! I click on it and on all of mine that have left notes, it doesn't open up.

Interesting because on my phone I can't open the note but on my desktop I can.

Must be something to do with the mobile browser maybe?

I will have to go on my Computer to see if they open on it. I have gotten into the habit of doing everything on my phone. Thank you for the information.
