I've been working for the last hour trying different things.
I always print out an invoice for the customer to see the product they ordered and the breakdown of the costs.
Adobe comes up fine, but it doesn't acknowledge when I click the print button. I've processed orders from eBay (which doesn't use Adobe to print) to make sure it wasn't my printer. I restarted my computer, but that didn't work either. Is anyone else having a problem using Adobe?
I'm using Chrome on my desktop.
Well...phooey! Now it printed! I guess it was a glitch.
I've had this happen before and although I can't remember the actual verbiage, look at the printer selected and correct if needed.
I just tried printing this on Firefox and it forced me to download the invoice. I seem to remember this requiring me to do this a couple of years before, so I switched to Chrome. I'm pretty sure this is an Adobe problem, and some settings were reset somewhere. Thanks for the input @Hertfordweaver . We're on the right path.
