Can't purchase shipping label

Currently trying to purchase a shipping label for a new order but it says "currently unable to purchase shipping labels for this order".

Please help.

You need to click the help link to get help on your seller dashboard at the bottom of the page. This is the seller's forum and you are just going to get responses from sellers here most of the time.

Is it going to Canada?

Is it a "verified" address?  Is it a PO Box only (no street info given)?  There seems to be issues with those lately on Etsy.  You can ask at your local PO ... if they cannot verify the address, you will not be able to purchase a shipping label anywhere.  Best to cancel & issue full refund.
