Can't purchase shipping label

I'm trying purchase an Etsy shipping label but after I click review it just says failed to purchase.  I've tried twice, closed out the window and started over and it still won't purchase.

I'm having the same issue. Labels purchased through Pirate Ship and Shopify are both working for me, so the issue appears to be limited to Etsy.

Appears to have been fixed -- I was just able to buy one after not being able to for over an hour

I had the same issue and attempted to purchase again after getting error message.  My finance page shows that I purchased 3 labels and completed order page shows all 3 labels.  Now I have to request a refund for those error message/extra labels. Check your finance page to see if you were charged for those "ERROR" messages.

Good luck with that. Etsy NEVER refunds me for labels I have to redo. Since they have added Ground post I have screwed up so many times and don't check to be sure it's priority so then when I print my labels and see the mistake I put in for a refund and reprint and have never once gotten a refund.

If you can see the labels you should be able to reprint them? But yes if duplicate you'll need to request a refund.

Yeah, it says "purchase label fail" but they charged me for it.

I know this was posted on Monday, but is anyone else still having issues with purchasing shipping labels? It's Friday 20th October and I've been trying to purchase 2 shipping labels and the fail message keeps coming up.
